| CHANNING DESIGN has many new offerings in 2011! My purpose remains the same - to share creative inspiration with you so that you can begin your own creative process, and through this lens you can then find each day fascinating and exciting. My theme – Artful Simplicity, will be coming to you through the same wonderful things you’ve come to know and love about CHANNING DESIGN. The emphasis will be on seeing beauty all around and creating with simplicity, not complexity. I’ll be communicating with you, sharing ideas and getting more conversation with you to develop my purpose – through my blog, my newsletter, my Facebook page, my storefront on Etsy, classes and new workshops through ACE in Cupertino/Sunnyvale and privately at my home, and local art/craft shows throughout the year. |

Get started with the basic knit and/or crochet skills. Once you’ve taken Beginning Knitting or
Beginning Crochet you can take the follow-on Workshop to start a project and develop your
skills all under Channing’s watchful eye. Select a CHANNING DESIGN project which represents Artful Simplicity in giving you a new set of skills on top of the basics enabling you to create artfully while still maintaining simplicity of design and technique. Your finished pieces will be fun to wear to give as gifts, or to use in your home.
